Join us Wednesday, 10/9, as one of our Illinois mentors opens the FLL Knowledge Vault:

We are breaking open the FLL Knowledge Vault and letting out former coaches and team members so they can share their knowledge and experience with current teams in a series of online video discussions. The FLL Knowledge Vault will be open for two events to cover a variety of topics in a presentation/discussion format. Each session features 20-25 minutes from coaches and former team members presenting their experience and followed by a 20-30 minute discussion and open Q&A session.

If your field kit is missing parts (or even a whole bag), or the mat is damaged:

  1. In the case of missing parts, check the bags thoroughly! Make sure it wasn't accidentally thrown away or dropped.
  2. Contact LEGO Customer Service 1-825-251-5346 or LEGO Education Customer Service 1-800-362-4308. Reference the SUBMERGED set number on the phone (45826). Then, make sure to know the parts that are missing (since they don't allow a full bag to be reordered). Use this guide to help identify missing parts.

If you experience difficulty registering or completing your National registration, screening your two coaches, etc, please contact FIRST technical support at (603) 666-3906 or (800) 871-8326. Choose or ask for Team Support.
