There are several hotels in the proximity of Credit Union 1 Arena that teams may choose to stay at. A selection of well-reviewed options near the Arena can be found below. Less expensive (and less conveniently located) hotels can be found farther away in the suburbs outside of Chicago. Especially when reserving a hotel within city limits, be sure to check whether parking costs extra and whether bus parking is available, if needed.
Located less than a mile west of Credit Union 1 Arena, the Hyatt Place Chicago - Medical / University District is a good option for teams planning on walking or taking public transit to the Midwest Regional each morning. This hotel is just a 20-minute walk or 10-minute Chicago Transit Authority bus ride from the Regional venue. Located in a renovated hospital from the early 20th century, this hotel offers unique, well-appointed rooms. Rooms with two queen beds in addition to a sofa bed are available. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and coffeemakers. Free breakfast is available for all hotel guests. Parking is available for a fee.

Located less than one mile east of Credit Union 1 Arena, the Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago-Downtown has been a popular choice of hotel for teams travelling to the Midwest Regional in past seasons. A nearby Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line stop makes it possible for teams to travel to Credit Union 1 Arena in less than 10 minutes. The hotel was recently renovated, and all rooms contain modern amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a coffeemaker. There are many restaurants located within a 10 to 20 minute walk from Credit Union 1 Arena. North of the Arena, most of the restaurants can be found along Randolph Street. South of the Arena, most of the restaurants can be found along Taylor Street. Few of these restaurants are close enough to feasibly allow a team to visit during each competition day's lunch break, but they may be great options for team dinners each evening.
There are four hardware stores in close proximity to Credit Union 1 Arena that range in their offerings and availability of parking. There are also several copy shops nearby.
